Piriuki are remarkably durable but they aren’t indestructible, and like any other clothing item, they will eventually show signs of wear and tear and may not withstand being used and washed several times a week for extended periods of time. They should last through one baby's time in diapers and may well last for another baby if properly cared and that part’s your responsibility!! We won’t refund an item caused damaged by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal wear and tear of the product materials. This The warranty is also void when washing instructions haven’t been followed; when bleach, fabric softeners, vinegar, or any other caustic substances and laundry additives have been used; and when the diapers have been subject to water or drying temperatures above 40ºC.
What this warranty covers:
Elastics Broken or Exposed;
Craked, Missing or Broken Snaps;
Hook/Loop tabs falling or coming loose;
This does NOT cover top stitching that is coming loose as this is due to normal wear and tear on the product.
This does not cover small snags in the fabric caused by normal wear and tear on the product.
This does not cover elastic that has lost its elasticity.
This does not cover other minor flaws in fabric over time.
What our Warranty does NOT Cover:
Sizing Issues -No diapers will be replaced due to any sizing discrepancy. All diapers should be tried on before use / washing to ensure a good fit. If it does not fit—please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for an exchange / return. Slight sizing variances in inserts which occur during the sewing process. Our diapers are made by real people and from time to time this will happen despite our best efforts. This does not render the nappy unusable and is not considered a defect.
Leaking -We will do our best to troubleshoot any leaking problem, is not covered under our Warranty;
Pilling / worn Fleece - We do our best to ensure the best quality materials go into our product. Too many environmental factors go into the condition of how products wash and wear. Worn or pilly fleece will not effect the function of the product and is not covered under our Warranty.
Other - Unless the issue is one of the 4 listed above that fall under our Warranty, no other products will be replaced unless defective under the covered items in our Warranty. We will try our best to help in any way that we can if there are other issues that arise.
Environmental Factors -PUL can be ruined by bleaching, chemicals, excessively high heat and time. PUL defects will not be covered if any of these environmental factors have played a part in the loss of functionality of PUL over time.
Normal Wear and Tear
It also doesn’t cover hand me downs. The warranty applies to the orginal purchaser only.
Proof of payment is always mandatory.
Our Return Policy & Return Instructions for Items Purchased from Us
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days from reception date and we’ll be happy to give you a full refund, less shipping costs. There’s no catch. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in an unused, unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. So no questions asked. Just send us your purchase to our address together with the invoice
Our self-service return process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to return merchandise back to us and ship the package using a prepaid, insured, traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS) to our address. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns and refunds once they arrive at our facility. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. We'll send you an e-mail informing we've receive the package from you and the date the return process was made.
ATTENTION: Not eligible for return or exchange:
Washed and /or used products;
Items purchased on clearance, Ebay, or any other third party;
Trial packs or products purchased on clearance.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it’s not in any condition to be resold. To be clear, we can’t resell anything that has been washed, that smells of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. (or other unmentionable odors), or that has been soiled.
My diapers stink. How do I get rid of the smell?
Stink is usually caused by using either too much or too little detergent in the wash. Too much detergent may leave residues, and too little may not be enough to get your diapers clean. We recommend following the suggested amount on the detergent’s packaging based on the size of your load and/or the type of washing machine that you have.
We don't offer exchanges for items purchased directly from our sites, or from any other retailer’s store. Unless, of course, we shipped you the wrong item/color/size by mistake. If you aren't happy with the items you purchased and would like something else instead, you may return the products for a refund within 15 days of the reception of your original order, and then place a new order for the items you would like instead.
Returning/Exchanging Incorrect or Defective Merchandise
Defects are rare, but they do occasionally occur and we apologize wholeheartedly if you have received a defective Piriuki product. In case you received incorrect or defective merchandise please just go through our easy self-service return process below.
Our self-service return process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to return merchandise back to us. Please follow the instructions below if you received the wrong items/color/size from what you originally ordered from our site or have a warranty claim for defective merchandise:
1 - send us an e-mail explaining what happened and don't forget to send us your invoice or order number.
2 - send us the order to our warehouse
3 -when your package arrive to our facility we'll send you an e-mail informing and we'll ship the correct size/color or we'll return you the money.
Return & Exchange Policy for Items Purchased from Authorized Retailers
If you have purchased any of our products from one of our retailers and wish to return them for a refund, please contact the store you originally made the purchase from. Keep in mind that different stores may have different return policies. We are not able to issue refunds or exchanges for any item that is not purchased directly from us.
I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact us via our Contact Form for assistance in returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address and purchase number. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please contact us via our Contact Form for assistance.
How long does it take to get exchange/replacement items?
It usually takes us a week to process exchanges/returns.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Orders are typically shipped out within 2-5 days after received. Depending on where you live, it could be another 2-5 days for EU orders.
How do I change my order?
Please contact us via our Contact Form immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel or change your order.
I just got a shipping confirmation for my order, but it does not have all the items I ordered. Where are the rest of the items?
If you get a shipping confirmation that does not contain all the items you originally ordered, it is because of either one of the following:
1. One or more items from your order may be shipping from a different location.
2. One or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock, in which case the rest of your order should follow in a couple of weeks.
3. One or more of the items you ordered may be permanently out of stock, in which case you will receive a refund if you paid via Paypal, or not charged for the missing item/s if paying via credit card.
How much are your international shipping rates?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart. To get an estimated shipping charge, simply put the items you want to order in the shopping cart.
Do you do co-op orders, price-match, accept competitor coupons?
A: Sorry, we don’t.
You are out of stock on the item I want. When are you going to get more of them back in stock?
A: For regular items, we typically replenish out-of-stock items within 2-3 weeks. Items that are on clearance or marked down do not get re-stocked. But if you want to be the first to know send us an e-mail and as soon as things get to our warehouse we'll send you an e-mail.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
A: Unfortunately, we do not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. Because our sales are based on various factors, it is hard to advise when a particular item will be marked down. The best way to catch a great sale would be to visit our clearance page.

We do not send out free samples. However, we have several retailers that have stores where you might be able to physically touch and see the diapers and even compare them to other brands to help you make your decision. There are also quite a few retailers offering trial programs.
